Hydrology of black ash wetlands is likely to be modified following EAB infestation, but the magnitude of alteration is not clear as we know relatively little about how these unique ecosystems function. Findings from a large-scale experiment related to water table dynamics following manipulation of black ash stand composition will be presented and implications for preemptive management actions discussed.
