Lock and key Quarantine and Regulatory InformationThis section provides information about the EAB Quarantine. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is responsible for enacting and enforcing the quarantine on an interstate level (movement from one state to another). The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is responsible for enacting and enforcing the quarantine on an intrastate level (movement within the state). The quarantine locations, requirements and restrictions will change as EAB is found in new locations, please visit the MDA’s EAB Quarantine webpage for up to date information.
